Piperacillin and Tazobactum Ip Injection

TEZOSEPT is a combination of two widely used medications Piperacillin and Tazobactum. Piperacillin is an antibiotic and works by preventing a wide range of bacterial growth and comes under penicillin antibiotics. Tazobactum is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces antibiotic resistance and enhances the activity of Piperacillin against bacteria.

TAZOSEPT 4.5 G injections are prescribed for treatment of:

• Respiratory infections (pneumonia)
• Gynecological/ Abdominal infections
• Bone and joint infections
