PANSOVA D SR is a combination of pantoparazol and domperodone medication that is frequently used to treat gastric disorders. Pantoprazoleis a first-generation proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that provides gastric protection and prevents recurrence and progression of gastric damage and stomach ulcers and other related symptoms.

Domperidone lowers the sensation of bloating, fullness, and indigestion by speeding up the flow of food through the stomach and digestive tract.
