OKAST LC TABLETS are widely prescribed for allergic reactions. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that blocks a chemical messenger called histamine that leads to watery eyes, runny nose, and sneezing. Montelukast blocks other chemical messengers called leukotriene that alleviates inflammation/swelling in the airways and nose.
